What have you learned playing sports that you use in work/school/life?
One of the biggest lessons I learned from sports is how to stay calm under pressure. Playing in important matches taught me to focus, make quick decisions, and trust myself. These skills are very useful in exams, school presentations, or any stressful situation in life.
