Q & A
What have you learned playing sports that you use in work/school/life?
I learned in sports that I need to pay attention to small details. For example, before shooting the ball, I have to stand properly, keep my breathing steady, and make sure my hand position is correct. If I practice these small details, it’s easier to succeed in the game. I think this is the same as learning. When writing, I need to sit properly and hold the pen correctly so the words look better. These small actions may look simple, but in the end, they make things better. So I learned that sports teach me “small details matter.” If I do things slowly and carefully, and pay attention to details, I will get good results.
