Playing sports (swimming and skiing) with my friends at “Sorrisi che nuotano"( “Swimming smiles”) and participating at Special Olympics I have learned to respect the rules and the other competitors, to accept my defeats and to rejoice in my victories. But above all I have learned to compete, to work hard, to struggle, to lose and to win without ever forgetting to smile, to enjoy myself and to have fun.
