Through sports I have learned perseverance and concentration. Sport has also brought with it numerous experiences of success. On the other hand, through sports I have also learned to tolerate disappointments better. Sport has brought independence to my life. I have been able to use the skills I gained through sports both in my studies and in my everyday life.
