I’ve learned that being a good sport is important. Even though I always want to win, I congratulate my competitors if they finish better than I do. I’ve learned how to be a good team player. It is important to exercise so that I stay healthy and it also helps me sleep. I have developed close friendships with other athletes. Sports have taught me that we can get more done working together and being a team.
