Q & A
What have you learned playing sports that you use in work/school/life?
Sport has taught me to be persistent, to persevere and to give everything. Above all, sport has made me realise that I can achieve much more than people believe I can. This has also given me self-confidence and motivation for my everyday life and my working life. I’ve also learned the importance of setting and working towards goals. In cross-country-skiing, each race is a goal to strive for, and this mindset helps me stay focused and organized in my work life. I’ve also discovered the power of teamwork and how to support and be supported by others, which improves my relationships and collaboration in everyday life. Lastly, sports have taught me to maintain a positive attitude and stay mentally tough, even when things get difficult. This resilience helps me face obstacles in life with confidence and a solution-oriented mindset.
