One barrier I have overcome is my difficulty with communicating politely, especially with women. I realized that I needed to improve my social skills, so I joined collective sports and participated in a theater group, which provided me with valuable opportunities to interact with others. Through these experiences, I learned to communicate more effectively and respectfully. As a result, I gained confidence and trust in my interactions, and now I can communicate without any problems. This journey taught me the importance of practice and openness in building connections with others.
