Q & A
What have you learned playing sports that you use in work/school/life?
I started receiving sports training arranged by the Sports Association for the Intellectually Disabled in Hong Kong in 2012. At that time, I started to contact representatives from other schools to train together twice a week. Under the careful guidance of the coach, I was able to represent Hong Kong in the 2017 Special Olympics World Winter Games in 2017, and luckily won the gold medal in the 200-meter snow walking competition. To be able to step into this arena. Eye-opening. In this year of training, I have learned to keep in contact with different people and develop good interpersonal relationships and self-confidence. I can use it in my daily life.
