What is one barrier you have overcome? How did you do it and what did you learn?
I have struggled with advocating for myself and speaking up for myself and always. I have been working on this thru social group practice, therapy, school, sports, and now with Worlds. I had to practice, fail, and try again. I have learned that I can speak up and that I matter too. What others Think about me is their opinion and that’s OK but I try not to let it affect how I feel about myself
