Q & A
What have you learned playing sports that you use in work/school/life?
Playing sports in recreational purpose but also at a professional level and participating in national and international competitions has been a big part in my personal development. I have learned during my trainings the concept of discipline and how important it is to respect a schedule. Moreover I have been integrated in a team so I have learned how to work and collaborate with people that might have other style of action and working than mine. Playing sport has shaped me as a young adult the way I interact with others and has also been a good opportunity to develop a proper coping method to the pressure of competitions.
