When I was a little boy, I had many fears. I was afraid of birds, dentists and strong voices. Bu assistance of my parents, siblings and medical staff, I managed to overcome those fears. Furthermore in the beginning of skiing, I hesitated to start snowboarding. But once I took the change to test snowboarding, I haven’t touched the skis. I have learned to go towards my fears. Also I have learned to trust myself in fragile situations. I was in Finnish national TV once and I stated " I do not have any fears”. That is not he whole truth, but in any cases partly due to snowboarding I am more confident than before.
