.Exercise has been fun and enjoyable since elementary school. I learned Taekwondo and received a certificate of education, and when I entered the Holt major, I came across skating and participated in many national sports competitions. In 2015, about a month before the Paralympic Winter Games Pyeongchang 2018, I went to the cross-country competition at the suggestion of the Ski Association and received the bronze medal twice. I used to interview newspaper articles on the 5km classical music section on the internet and published articles. I think I’ve always overcome it by encountering various events and thinking of challenging myself when I’m having a hard time. Even if I don’t win, I thought I should not give up and finish the race until the end, and I think i felt a lot that giving up is losing to myself.
