One thing that I’ve learned playing sports with Special Olympics is being happy without winning after a competition. Celebrate my friends who were faster than me is better than being angry with them or with myself. Sometimes I still get angry after few games, but if it happens I think about that and I try to do not repeat this mistake. I’ve learned that with a big work on myself and repeating myself the oath of Special Olympics. This change helped me in my life and with my friends outside the world of Special Olympics.
