I learned that playing sports is all about teamwork. It’s important to talk to each other, and to be respectful. You should help each other and have their backs. And you should cheer them on. Together we can be successful. I am a youth coach in Bloomington Parks and Rec. The teamwork I learned playing sports helps me to be a good teammate with the other coaches. We work well together and help each other out. I also try to teach the kids teamwork. I want them to be successful in their sports.
