What is one barrier you have overcome? How did you do it and what did you learn?
I have worked out hard all my life and I had to have two hip replacements and I did what the doctor said and became stronger because of it. Since I couldn’t do weightlifting anymore I found another sport that I could excell at. I learned that if you work hard anything is possible.
