I have learnt how to become fitter and stronger through ongoing and regular training and competition. My mind and my body have learnt the feelings of challenge and determination to push myself harder and what i can do when training and racing. This allows me to work harder and i show the determination on my face to remind me to work hard and to do my best. This determination and success builds my resilience and self confidence which i use daily at work, education and in life opportunities. Because I experience success in sporting, work, education and life in general challenges, I am more determined to try new things and learn new experiences, especially when I am well supported through these opportunities. I always feel good with myself after mu hard work in every sporting event.
