Overcoming a lack of confidence has been a significant challenge for me. I have been building my confidence, especially when speaking on camera, adding public audiences and conversing with new people. It has been a journey but i am progressing and learning to become more comfortable in these scenarios but I have a good and supportive team, friends, coworkers and families who help me.
