What is one barrier you have overcome? How did you do it and what did you learn?
When I was young, I had many rivals and short stature, so I had a slump At that time, the video height was not similar, but I practiced a lot watching videos of Choi Min-jeong, the world’s number one short female player Also, I learned a lot from the non-disabled athletes behind me I am currently playing short track in summer and badminton in winter, but short track every weekend I’m personally doing physical training whenever I have time, watching a lot of postures and videos, and I’m practicing posture correction in my spare time In addition to that, my toes are deformed, so I’m rehabilitating.
