I’ve learned the importance of following the rules. Everyone is unique and has a personal way to approach people and challenges that can be different from mine point of view. This variety of individual experiences and ways of doing things must be respected and with little cooperation between people it’s possible to achieve goals that individually could not be imaginable. I’ve also learned that the achievement of results requires a lot of commitment and consistency.
