1. Communication difficulties Due to my communication difficulties in speech, I often have difficulty communicating effectively through words during training and competitions. Therefore, I have learned basic sign language in order to communicate with my teammates who have weak communication skills. 2. Teamwork I encountered challenges in teamwork among my teammates because everyone has a different level of athletic ability and understanding. Therefore, we increased the trust and tacit understanding among team members by repeating exercises, participating in regular team building activities, and encouraging and supporting each other.
