I have learned to develop different skills and enhance my leadership through sports, transmitting my sports and personal knowledge that I have learned leading Special Olympics activities, taking courses and perfecting techniques to teach children and adolescents in kindergartens, schools and communities where I work. . I have also been able to transmit leadership techniques, teamwork, camaraderie, empathy and inclusion. I have gained experience and learned a lot about teamwork at Ceam – Lo Barnechea Municipal Learning Center. I have also been able to transmit and teach education professionals, families and companies how we can make a more inclusive world through sport among all of us.
