What have you learned playing sports that you use in work/school/life?
I learned that self-doubt doesn’t disappear overnight, but action is the best way to quiet it. I also realized that growth begins where comfort ends. The more I pushed myself to do things I was unsure about, the more I proved to myself that I was capable.
