What is one barrier you have overcome? How did you do it and what did you learn?
By participating in sports, I first learned the power of perseverance. Every training session is a test of endurance and perseverance. Whether it’s the gradually heavy footsteps duiring long-distance running or the constantly challenging weight during fitness, we need to grit our teeth and persevere. In those moments when we want to give up, our inner beliefs support us to continue moving forward. It is this persistent spirit that makees me understand that with perseverance, and difficulty can be overcome.
